Kimberley Plotnik

Program Director

Kimberley is joining us fresh from her position at ADL as Western States Civil Rights Counsel where her responsibilities included assisting ADL’s regional offices in California, Washington and Nevada to respond to reports of hate incidents and discrimination, and worked on a range of civil rights issues, by way of legislative advocacy, coalition building and raising community awareness.

Kimberley was formerly Esperanza’s Pro Bono Manager between late 2014 and August 2018. During her time at Esperanza, she was part of the management team and created and oversaw the pro bono program, which recruited, trained and mentored our devoted volunteers, interns and pro bono attorneys.
