Maria Jose Solorzano

Paralegal

María José (MJ) Solórzano joined Esperanza in September 2023 as a Legal Assistant for the LOPC program. She graduated from Princeton University where she majored in Spanish & Portuguese and minored in Latin American Studies, Latino Studies, and Gender & Sexuality Studies. At Princeton, she spearheaded various events and projects focused on the Latinx and undocumented community. Through these projects, MJ discovered her passion in immigration law and policy. She intends to pursue a JD and become an attorney in the future.
