Niraali Pandiri

Niraali Pandiri joined Esperanza as a Staff Attorney in 2024. She earned her JD from the University of Texas School of Law, and her BA from Barnard College of Columbia University.
Prior to joining Esperanza, Niraali was a staff attorney at a non-profit organization in Texas. Her practice focused on representing crime victims and advocating for detainees in ICE detention centers.
During law school, she served as a law clerk for the City of Austin Law Department and Texas RioGrande Legal Aid and as a student attorney at the Immigration Clinic and Human Rights Clinic.
For her dedication to pro-bono work, Niraali received a Pro Bono Honors award from the University of Texas upon graduating.
