DIRECT REPRESENTATION FOR YOUTH

WHO WE SERVE

We work mostly with child survivors of domestic and gang-based violence. Our attorneys have been immensely successful with these types of cases, helping many unaccompanied children, entire families, and detained adults find a safe haven and reunite with family members in the U.S.

WHAT WE DO

Esperanza staff attorneys represent unaccompanied children before USCIS, EOIR and state juvenile courts.  The most common forms of relief that we pursue are SIJS and asylum.  We also work with some cases involving T-Visas and U-Visas.

To learn how you can help more young immigrants in the Los Angeles area, visit our Get Involved page or consider making a donation to Esperanza here.
